1. Nature of Products

Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of these products, we follow a strict no-return policy once the product has been delivered, except in specific cases outlined below.

2. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons:

  • Products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products with broken seals, missing labels, or altered packaging will not be accepted.

3. Eligible Cases for Replacement

We offer a replacement only (no refund) in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged or leaked
  • Product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
  • Product received is expired at the time of delivery
  • Packaging appears tampered with or compromised

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.

    • Outer packaging

  4. Our quality team will review the request within 2–3 working days

If approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to product availability.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable for delivered health supplement products.

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • The order is cancelled by us
  • The product is out of stock after payment
  • Payment was successfully deducted but the order was not confirmed

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

6. Shipping & Courier Issues

  • Do not accept the package if it appears severely damaged
  • If accepted unknowingly, report the issue within 48 hours
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement if approved

7. Non-Eligible Scenarios

We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Dislike of taste, smell, or texture
  • Delayed delivery due to courier issues beyond our control
  • Individual results not matching expectations
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
